Affiliate Terms

These terms apply to affiliates — people and businesses paid commission for introducing members. They are separate from the member Terms of Service.

By accepting an affiliate account you accept these terms.

Who you are dealing with

What you are paid for

Commission is earned on completed, non-refunded transactions by people who reached us through your referral link and were then approved as members.

A referral is recorded when someone arrives through your link. It stays attributed for the cookie period set on your account, 30 days unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.
Nothing is earned on a signup by itself. Applications are vetted by a person and many are refused; an introduction that never becomes a paying member earns nothing, and that is the nature of the arrangement.
Commission is calculated on what the platform actually keeps from a transaction, not the gross. A promoter can never be owed more than came in.

When you are paid

Commission is recorded as pending when it is earned, approved after a period long enough for refunds and disputes to surface, and paid on the next payment run once approved.

Commission on a refunded or reversed transaction is reversed, whether or not it has already been approved. If it has already been paid, it is deducted from your next payment.

What will end the arrangement and forfeit unpaid commission

Self-referral, or referring accounts you control, or arranging for others to do so on your behalf.
Unsolicited messaging of any kind — email, SMS, direct messages, comments. If it would be described as spam by the person receiving it, it is spam here.
Bidding on our name, our domain, or close variants in paid search.
Describing the platform inaccurately: inventing member numbers, promising results, implying endorsement you do not have, or presenting the site as something it is not.
Promoting on any site containing material involving minors, non-consensual material, or anything unlawful.
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframing our pages, or any method that records a referral the visitor did not make.
Impersonating this platform or its staff.

We may withhold payment we reasonably believe was earned by any of the above, and will tell you why.

How you may describe us

Use the name and wording as it appears on the site. Do not alter the logo, do not imply partnership or employment, and do not create accounts, pages or profiles that could be mistaken for official ones.

You are an independent contractor. Nothing here creates employment, partnership or agency.

Members' privacy

You will never be told who signed up through your link, who they are, or anything about them. Your statistics are counts.

This is absolute and applies however large your volume. If it makes the arrangement unattractive, it is the wrong arrangement.

Ending it

Either of us may end this at any time, in writing. Commission already approved and not yet reversed is paid in the ordinary way.

We may end it immediately, without payment of unpaid commission, for any of the conduct listed above.

Changes

We may change these terms, including commission rates and the cookie period. Changes to rates apply to referrals made after the change, never retrospectively. You will be told before they take effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction.
